At Digvaasa, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of edible oils and fragile glass bottle packaging, we follow a strict return, refund, and replacement policy to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality.

Return / Replacement Eligibility

A return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The glass bottle is broken, leaked, or damaged at the time of delivery

  • An incorrect product has been delivered against the confirmed order

  • ​

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions

Return, replacement, or refund requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product seal is opened, broken, or tampered

  • The product has been used or partially consumed

  • The request is raised due to a change of mind

  • The complaint is raised after the allowed reporting time

  • Damage occurs after successful delivery
